The Elite Certificate
Demonstrate a Standing Dive (1.8m) Demonstrate an understanding of the pace clock i.e spacing, rest times Deomstrate knowledge of relays and takeovers Deonstrate a full Individual Medley, with correct turns Swim 100m (at least 3 strokes) continuously, with correct starts and turns Demonstrate and understand the reasons for a warm up and a cool down. |

The Commonwealth Certificate
Demonstrate a standing dive (1.8m) also demonstrate knowledge of a racing dive Club practices. Complete a set of 400m competently. Pace clock to be used Complete a 200m Individual Medley with correct turns Swim 200m continuously, of at least 3 strokes Demonstrate competent starts, with correct transition to strokes Demonstrate a competent understanding of relay take overs

The Olympic Certificate
Demonstrate a competitive start, with correct and competent stroke transition Demonstrate excellent stroke execution, with correct timing and efficiency over 300m Complete a 200m Individual Medley Using the pace clock, complete a set of at least 800m, with turn around times Know, and confidently demonstrate the laws of the ASA throughout swimming Advanced club knowledge of warm ups and cool downs and sets Demonstrate excellent relay knowledge, including medley orders and the use of freestyle |
